These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of products by eogela to you. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order Acceptance The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. eogela reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Pricing and Availability All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and eogela reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). If your payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your original payment method in the amount of the charge.

Payment Terms Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout. You represent and warrant that the payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

Risk of Loss All items purchased from eogela are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
